留學(xué)生開學(xué)典禮講話稿【1】
Honorable Dean of Sirpa, honorableProfessors, fellow students and friends,
The year has just started and while we all come from different backgrounds and have yet toknow each other, I will do my best as the student representative to convey in afew words the excitement and anticipation that can be felt around campus as weare just starting as xin1fu4dan4ren2 and lao3wai4.
A crucialpart of our high expectations lies in the impression that Asia and inparticular China is today at a crossroad and that it is a necessary evolutionof the contemporary order that countries and regions further their relationswith this part of the world. As such, we students hope to reach a balanced andinclusive approach to foster comprehension and harmonization between saidentities though classes at Fudan University. We are already full of gratitudeto academics and practionners who will be sharing their ideas and knowledgewith us. We are looking forwards to meaningful exchanges and conversations withexperts and our peers.
Adding tothis academic aspect, I think that another reason why we have been attracted todouble degrees, exchange years and such here at Fudan University is because we haveall felt the relevance of our programs and by the end of the year, I am surethat we will be left with a newfound activism. By that I mean that wherever ourcareers leads us, the will to foster interaction among different cultures andto promote international cooperation will follow us for life. The opportunityto establish networks among people who share commonalities and interest, if notonly curiosity among each other is I think another very important aspect of ourlife this year that we are all looking forward to.
In thisspirit, I think that we all hope to grow new friendships, especially Chinesepeople, though the cultural and student life Fudan has to offer, to discoverthe city, this country and its incredible heritage. I promise you that we willtry our best not to let cultural misinterpretations and misconceptions affectour understanding of what is around us and of people who come to us. A genuineapproach such as the one that we are all having here towards China that is, throughthe learning of Chinese language, blending with culture can only be the basisfor peace and understanding, and be it hard, living in such an environment canonly be a reminder to stay humble in from of diversity.
On these words, I hope for the best year ahead to all of us.

尊敬的韓院長(zhǎng)、法學(xué)院的各位教授、各位學(xué)員大家下午好。
今日能作為人大法學(xué)院留學(xué)新生代表發(fā)言是我牛某三生有幸。
大家今天都是第一次見面，也許有必要自我介紹以下：我來(lái)中國(guó)十五年了，跨越了一個(gè)世紀(jì)。我除了留學(xué)生的身份之外經(jīng)常在電視上作為主持人，媒體人，評(píng)委老師，特邀嘉賓出現(xiàn)。我曾經(jīng)在央視國(guó)際頻道4套長(zhǎng)期主持過兩檔欄目《同樂五洲》《快樂中國(guó)》國(guó)家漢辦的口號(hào)“學(xué)說(shuō)中國(guó)話，朋友遍天下”是我的創(chuàng)意，可惜沒有注冊(cè)版權(quán)。
現(xiàn)在我在法學(xué)院讀碩士，學(xué)的專業(yè)是中國(guó)法。為什么中國(guó)法?為什么人大?中華人民共和國(guó)日新月異的蓬勃發(fā)展使它成為全世界的一個(gè)焦點(diǎn)。貿(mào)易往來(lái)，文化交融不免會(huì)有一些摩擦，健全的法治社會(huì)和訓(xùn)練有素業(yè)務(wù)能力過硬的法律人才會(huì)降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，文明解決問題，我愿意加入其中是因?yàn)槲谊P(guān)心我們大家共同的未來(lái)，更何況“順勢(shì)者昌，逆勢(shì)者亡”。
至于為什么選擇人大，原因比較單純：我一直把這里看做是我家。感謝學(xué)院給我一次回家的機(jī)會(huì)。
留學(xué)生來(lái)自全球的四面八方，說(shuō)著不同的語(yǔ)言，有不同的為文化背景，膚色宗教信仰，可是正是這樣的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍大大的豐富了在人大法學(xué)院的留學(xué)經(jīng)歷。大都市海納百川的環(huán)境給予我們自由思考的膽量，大膽創(chuàng)新的自由。每次步入明德法學(xué)樓的大門我感覺是我上一輩子修煉的福分。
中外學(xué)子存在許多差異可是有一個(gè)共同點(diǎn)我相信在座的各位不會(huì)提出異議：“我們?yōu)槟感６湴?rdquo;。十年前我在人大讀本科學(xué)的是中國(guó)文學(xué)，十年后校園經(jīng)歷了翻天覆地的變化：新的教學(xué)樓;新的餐廳;新的商店。人大這些變化只能說(shuō)是一個(gè)表面現(xiàn)象：我們信條的本質(zhì)，我們的校訓(xùn)，我們對(duì)知識(shí)不辭辛苦的追逐永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)變。
法學(xué)院培養(yǎng)的是未來(lái)的法學(xué)精英。將來(lái)或是塑造更為完善的法律環(huán)境，出臺(tái)新的法律，或是保護(hù)弱勢(shì)群體，維護(hù)人權(quán)，無(wú)論我們選擇何種道路，只要我們有足夠的毅力，人大法學(xué)院有足夠的資源祝我們一臂之力。
最后祝愿同學(xué)們?cè)谌舜蠓▽W(xué)院第一學(xué)期得到很多新的啟發(fā)。
