　　二、教學重點與難點

　　1、重點掌握形容詞比較級的構成。

　　2、難點是對新句型 How tall are you ?I’m 164cm.You’re shorter than me. You’re 4cm taller than me .的理解和運用。

　　三、課前準備

　　1、 教師準備本課時所需的六張詞卡。

　　2、 教師準備錄音機和錄音帶。

　　3、 教師準備本單元的掛圖。

　　四、教學過程

　　1、 Warm-up

　�。�1）教師在黑板上貼上一些人物的圖像，讓學生分辨Who is tall /strong/old/young/short?，然后讓學生回答。

　　2、 Presentation and practice

　　let’s learn

　�。�1）教師指著比較高的Tom和比較矮的Wuyifan問Who is tall ?S:Tom.T:Tom is taller than Wuyifan ,用動作來示意學生，幫助學生理解。然后出示taller的單詞卡片，示范讀taller.

　�。�2）教學單詞taller，邊說邊做動作，學生跟做。開火車合拼單詞,小組比賽快速熟練的拼讀。幫助學生用tall+er來記憶。簡單介紹形容詞的比較級第一種情況是在形容詞的后面直接加“er”.本課時的幾個單詞都屬于這種變化。

　�。�3）教師用同樣的方法教學其他四個四會單詞strongerolderyoungershorter

　�。�4）將五張單詞卡放在一起請學生認讀。男女比賽誰讀錯或不會讀將扣去相應男女組的分數(shù)。

　�。�5）教師把一高一矮的學生叫他們站起來，然后說You’re taller than your classmate! 引導學生做出相應的回答：Yes!教師問，How tall are you ?學生答I’m 160cm.學習let’s chant.(聽磁帶，分句練。)

　�。�6）加強練習、鞏固。

　�。�1）做本單元A Let’s learn部分的活動手冊配套練習。

　　（2）抄寫所學的四會詞組，一個抄兩行。

　　2、 能通過詢問調查完成一張timetable.

　　二、教學重點與難點

　　1、 本課時的教學重點是：能聽懂、會說“How tall are you ?I’m 164cm.You’re shorter than me. You’re 4cm taller than me .并能在情景中運用。

　　2、 本課時的教學難點是：能通過詢問調查完成一張timetable.

　　三、課前準備

　　1、 教師準備若干張圖片。

　　2、 教師準備錄音機與磁帶。

　　3、 教師準備該課時的教學掛圖。

　　4、 學生準備一張調查表。

　　四、教學過程

　　1、 Warm-up

　　(1)學生聽并跟說Let’s chant.（P2）

　　(2)指名讀d taller stronger older younger shorter新學五個單詞。

　�。�1）How tall are you ? I’m 164cm tall.引導學生回答。然后完成Let’s start (P2)

　　根據(jù)《課程改革和新課程程標準》，英語教學要面向全體學生，既突出以學生為主體的思想，又著重學生的個體差異，倡導讓學生通過體驗、實踐、參與和合作等方式，促進語言實際運用能力的提高。要貫徹這些新的教學理念，關鍵就是要轉變教學思想，改革課堂教學的方法和模式，為此，我就六年級英語課改做如下計劃。

　　一、課改的目的：

　　通過實驗，解決目前英語課堂教學中大班上課，學生課堂上實踐機會太少的問題，尋找一種能提高英語課堂效益的教學方法和模式。同時，希望通過實驗，能激發(fā)那些英語成績較差的學生的學習興趣，盡量緩和學生英語成績兩極分化嚴重的狀況。

　　二、課改計劃：

　　1、課堂教學

　�。�1）英語合作教學模式在教學形式上，強調以班級授課為基礎，以合作學習小組為基本活動形式；

　�。�2）在教學目標上，注重突出教學的情意功能，追求教學的認識，情意和技能的.均衡；

　　（3）在教學過程中，強調老師與學生，學生與學生之間的多邊互動；

　�。�4）在教學評價上，強調標準參照評價，不求人人成功，但求人人參與、人人進步。

　　2、課改作業(yè)：

　　改變傳統(tǒng)的模式，注重培養(yǎng)學生的創(chuàng)新能力和實踐能力，如：根據(jù)所學內容，拓展思維，編寫對話，并此作業(yè)給學生在書面上以正確評價。

　　3、第二課堂活動：

　　根據(jù)新課改精神和各年段不同的特點，確定英語第二課堂活動計劃，此活動可以幫助學生深入理解和鞏固課堂上所學的知識，通過課外的語言實踐，增加練習聽、說、讀、寫的技能。

　　三、課改的具體措施：

　　1.劃分合作學習小組：將全班學生按照學習成績、能力等方面的差異平均分成若干個四人小組，小組內成員有一定差異，但具有互補性，學習小組的座位一般是前后兩排為一組，便于學生在課內和課外進行合作學習。由于合作學習小組是由不同水平學生組成的，各小組之間的整體水平基本相同，便于各小組公平競爭。

　　2.制訂合作學習的評價方式和內容：對于在課堂上積極回答問題的，積極參與課堂表演、作業(yè)認真、測驗成績有進步、課堂上積極動腦提出一些有代表性問題的學生都給予小組加分鼓勵。對于不完成作業(yè)，不遵守課堂紀律，不參與小組活動，不遵守小組活動規(guī)則的學生給予小組扣分。該成績將作為為期末總評成績的依據(jù)，占總評成績的百分二十。

　　3.合作教學的動作機制與方式：合作教學在動作機制上強調合作、競爭和個體行為的兼容并存，在此過程中強調師生合作、學生合作。

　　4.課改作業(yè)：

　　改變傳統(tǒng)作業(yè)模式，注重培養(yǎng)學生創(chuàng)新能力，并就此作出正確評價。根據(jù)學生作業(yè)情況打出等級ABCD，并且寫出簡短評語，恰當?shù)淖鳂I(yè)評語，不但讓學生認識到自身作業(yè)的價值，而且還能起到促進，鼓勵作用，使他們真正看到取得的成績，存在的缺點和努力的方向。如：對差生的作業(yè)要批評，但更多的是鼓勵寄語，對中等生的作業(yè)要肯定，表揚又要督促，還要提出望，對優(yōu)等生的作業(yè)要表揚，但要向他們提出更高要求。

　　Step 2: Show the guides　(指導自學)

　　1. . Learn the new lore: middle school, History, Chemistry, Physics

　　T: Boys and girls, we are in Grade six now. We’re learning these subjects. We’re going to go to middle school this September.

　　We’re going to be students. And we’re going to learn some new subjects. They are History, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Geography…

　　Show the books and the cards of the words to learn.

　　2. Practice

　　Now, let’s practice. Show the card of the word: practice. I show and you say. Show the cards of the words: History, Chemistry, and Physics. Read one by one.

　　3、say the Chant

　　Middle school, middle school,I’m going to go to middle school.

　　History, History/ Physics, Physics / Chemistry, Chemistry…

　　I’m going to study History/ Physics/ Chemistry …

　　Let Ss read the chants. And make a chant by oneself.

　　Step 3. Learn the text

　　You are going to go to middle school this September. And Daming is going to go to middle school, too. Let’s learn more about Daming will go to middle school.

　　1. Listen to the tape.

　　Listen and find, underline the sentences with “be going to”。

　　2. Listen again, and answer the questions:

　　when is Daming going to go to middle school?

　　What new subjects is Daming going to study?

　　Step 4: Practice

　　Remember new words by heart then have a dictation

　　Only have one minute to remember these words in their own way, then they’ll have a dictation.

　　Have a dictation: listen and write.
