  一年的見(jiàn)習(xí)期即將結(jié)束。在這一年里,在各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和老師的熱心支持和幫助下,我認(rèn)真做好班主任和英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作,積極完成學(xué)校布置的各項(xiàng)任務(wù)。下面我把本年度的工作做簡(jiǎn)要的匯報(bào)總結(jié)。

  一、師德表現(xiàn)

  平時(shí)積極參加全校教職工大會(huì),認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)校下達(dá)的上級(jí)文件,關(guān)心國(guó)內(nèi)外大事,注重政治理論的學(xué)習(xí),同時(shí)配合組里搞好教研活動(dòng)。每周按時(shí)參加升旗儀式,從不缺勤。服從安排,人際關(guān)系融洽。另一方面,教師的言行,學(xué)生極易照樣接受,很少去鑒別,因而,我本著要對(duì)學(xué)生的一生負(fù)責(zé),認(rèn)識(shí)到必須要正視自己的言行。以身作則,才能為人師表。要求學(xué)生做到的,自己必須先做到。如果言行脫節(jié),說(shuō)做不一,或者是要求學(xué)生這樣做,自己卻那樣做,只能引起學(xué)生反感,造成惡劣影響。我堅(jiān)信擁有健康的人格品位,才能在學(xué)生中樹(shù)立威信、得到敬重,起到榜樣作用。

  二、班主任工作

  學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)出于對(duì)我的磨煉與培養(yǎng),讓我一個(gè)剛畢業(yè)的學(xué)生一進(jìn)校就做五年級(jí)的班主任。通過(guò)向其他優(yōu)秀班主任的學(xué)習(xí),我認(rèn)識(shí)到教育上單方面的嚴(yán)和愛(ài)都是不行的英語(yǔ)教師實(shí)習(xí)鑒定的評(píng)語(yǔ)英語(yǔ)教師實(shí)習(xí)鑒定的評(píng)語(yǔ)。班主任最主要的是要找到嚴(yán)和愛(ài)的切合點(diǎn)。

  三、英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作我所任教的是三年級(jí)和五年級(jí)共四個(gè)班的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作。面對(duì)這兩個(gè)有一定年齡差距的年段,我根據(jù)他們各自不同的特征因材施教,著重注意做到以下幾點(diǎn):
