一年的見(jiàn)習(xí)期即將結(jié)束。在這一年里，在各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和老師的熱心支持和幫助下，我認(rèn)真做好班主任和英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作，積極完成學(xué)校布置的各項(xiàng)任務(wù)。下面我把本年度的工作做簡(jiǎn)要的匯報(bào)總結(jié)。
一、師德表現(xiàn)
平時(shí)積極參加全校教職工大會(huì)，認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)校下達(dá)的上級(jí)文件，關(guān)心國(guó)內(nèi)外大事，注重政治理論的學(xué)習(xí)，同時(shí)配合組里搞好教研活動(dòng)。每周按時(shí)參加升旗儀式，從不缺勤。服從安排，人際關(guān)系融洽。另一方面，教師的言行，學(xué)生極易照樣接受，很少去鑒別，因而，我本著要對(duì)學(xué)生的一生負(fù)責(zé)，認(rèn)識(shí)到必須要正視自己的言行。以身作則，才能為人師表。要求學(xué)生做到的，自己必須先做到。如果言行脫節(jié)，說(shuō)做不一，或者是要求學(xué)生這樣做，自己卻那樣做，只能引起學(xué)生反感，造成惡劣影響。我堅(jiān)信擁有健康的人格品位，才能在學(xué)生中樹(shù)立威信、得到敬重，起到榜樣作用。
二、班主任工作
學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)出于對(duì)我的磨煉與培養(yǎng)，讓我一個(gè)剛畢業(yè)的學(xué)生一進(jìn)校就做五年級(jí)的班主任。通過(guò)向其他優(yōu)秀班主任的學(xué)習(xí)，我認(rèn)識(shí)到教育上單方面的嚴(yán)和愛(ài)都是不行的英語(yǔ)教師實(shí)習(xí)鑒定的評(píng)語(yǔ)英語(yǔ)教師實(shí)習(xí)鑒定的評(píng)語(yǔ)。班主任最主要的是要找到嚴(yán)和愛(ài)的切合點(diǎn)。
在工作中注意：
1.制定切實(shí)有效的班規(guī)，培養(yǎng)班委自主管理的能力。鼓勵(lì)干部大膽工作，指點(diǎn)他們工作方法的同時(shí)，要更嚴(yán)格要求干部個(gè)人在知識(shí)、能力上取得更大進(jìn)步，在紀(jì)律上以身作則，力求從各方面給全班起到模范帶頭作用。
2.充分利用課間談話和班會(huì)課。抓住和學(xué)生們溝通的時(shí)間，了解班級(jí)情況和學(xué)生們的心理狀態(tài)，有的放矢的進(jìn)行教育和解決問(wèn)題�；蛑v座、或討論、或給他們講充滿(mǎn)人生哲理的故事的班會(huì)課是我對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想道德建設(shè)的有效陣地。
3.關(guān)懷后進(jìn)生、行為偏差生、后進(jìn)生、行為偏差生是有著強(qiáng)大的自卑感難教育的一批。對(duì)此，我拿出了極大的耐心，通過(guò)家訪和談話等形式逐步使他們有所轉(zhuǎn)變�，F(xiàn)在我班已經(jīng)逐步向著一個(gè)既有著嚴(yán)格的制度，又充滿(mǎn)團(tuán)結(jié)向上風(fēng)氣的集體靠攏。班主任工作精心而又繁瑣，是在廣闊的心靈世界中播種耕耘的職業(yè)，在今后的教育生涯中，我將用我的青春繼續(xù)耕耘這片園地。
三、英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作我所任教的是三年級(jí)和五年級(jí)共四個(gè)班的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作。面對(duì)這兩個(gè)有一定年齡差距的年段，我根據(jù)他們各自不同的特征因材施教，著重注意做到以下幾點(diǎn)：
1.深入細(xì)致的備好每一節(jié)課。在備課中,我認(rèn)真研究教材，力求準(zhǔn)確把握重點(diǎn)，難點(diǎn)，并注重參閱各種資料，制定符合學(xué)生認(rèn)知規(guī)律的教學(xué)方法及教學(xué)形式。注意弱化難點(diǎn)強(qiáng)調(diào)重點(diǎn)。教案編寫(xiě)認(rèn)真，并不斷歸納總結(jié)以提高教學(xué)水平。
2.認(rèn)真上好每一節(jié)課。我在英語(yǔ)課堂采用多樣化活動(dòng)教學(xué)，把音樂(lè)、簡(jiǎn)單的舞蹈動(dòng)作、游戲、畫(huà)畫(huà)、比賽等融入到課堂中，激發(fā)學(xué)生的求知欲，活躍課堂氣氛，最大限度地讓學(xué)生在輕松自主的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍中快樂(lè)求知，輕松學(xué)習(xí)，不斷地鼓勵(lì)自己“english,i cando”“english,i can say”。
3.認(rèn)真及時(shí)批改作業(yè)，注意聽(tīng)取學(xué)生的意見(jiàn)，及時(shí)了解學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況，并有目的的對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行輔導(dǎo)英語(yǔ)教師實(shí)習(xí)鑒定的評(píng)語(yǔ)評(píng)語(yǔ)。
4.堅(jiān)持聽(tīng)課，認(rèn)真記錄，積極參與評(píng)課，學(xué)習(xí)各組教師的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),努力探索適合自己的教學(xué)模式，并抓住每次外出學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)，取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短，收獲不少
5.注重教育理論的學(xué)習(xí)，把一些先進(jìn)的理論應(yīng)用于課堂,做到學(xué)有所用.一年來(lái),我在學(xué)校開(kāi)了多次公開(kāi)課。通過(guò)開(kāi)公開(kāi)課,使自己的教學(xué)水平得到很大的提高，但也使我意識(shí)到了自己在教學(xué)方面的不足之處,一年教齡公開(kāi)課受到各位老師的好評(píng)。總體上來(lái)說(shuō)，我感覺(jué)從大學(xué)校園走進(jìn)小學(xué)校園，不僅僅是環(huán)境的變化，更多的是角色的變化，從一個(gè)被教育者變成了教育工作者。在這樣一個(gè)變化的過(guò)程中有苦有甜，但是我知道所有的付出一定會(huì)有回報(bào)的。以上是我這一年見(jiàn)習(xí)期的工作總結(jié),不足之處請(qǐng)各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及老師指正，我一定會(huì)再接再厲，繼續(xù)努力工作。
