　　推薦人應以該�；蛟摴咎ь^的信紙及信封來撰寫信件，中文抬頭的信紙及信封亦可，如果真的沒有任何信紙及信封，可請推薦人附上名片并在推薦函上蓋上學校章或公司章(不過有些學校還是要有抬頭的信紙及信封)。

　　英國留學推薦信寫作的內(nèi)容則應以英文撰寫并以黑色筆或利用電腦打字。內(nèi)容包括：

　　1、推薦人由下列各方面表達其對申請人的學業(yè)能力之看法：

　　a、以往的學業(yè)成就，包含考試成績

　　b、目前之表現(xiàn)

　　c、學術(shù)潛力，例如日后考試成績之推斷

　　2、推薦人應就其所知之申請人能力表現(xiàn)，興趣及人格給予評論，此應包括

　　a、英文說寫能力

　　b、分析表達能力

　　c、個人特質(zhì)，如進取心、獨立性、自我激勵、果斷力等

　　d、創(chuàng)造力、想像力

　　e、可靠性及責任感(請就所了解的程度說明申請人所負責之職務)

　　f、興趣之廣泛性、包括參與活動和社會組織

　　g、社交能力和個人關(guān)系

　　3、申請人對所申請之課程的適用性及對選讀科系之學習能力

　　4、申請人修完其課業(yè)后的生涯展望

　　如果是離校很久之成人申請者，推薦人可能很難就其學術(shù)能力給予評論。此時，可能提供申請個人能力與自我激勵能力的看法，且說明其認為申請者可能應付學位課程的理由，其工作經(jīng)歷及推薦人對申請者之工作績效也應包括在內(nèi)。

　　I got to know her personally since 20** as I was her class advisor. And I taught her International Economics. In my course, she showed her craving for knowledge.
