　　2、It is time to take the advice of ... and to put special emphasis on the improvement of ... 該是采納……的建議，并對……的進展給予非常重視的時候了。

　　去掉一個"high"，畫風(fēng)完全不一樣，不用過去式，只需用"to do"來替代。
