　　1、早上6：30起床。

　　一年之計(jì)在于春，一日之計(jì)在于晨。每天早上這段時(shí)間是黃金時(shí)間，頭腦最清醒，記憶力最強(qiáng)！我抓緊時(shí)間練習(xí)背誦英語(yǔ)單詞和課文。

　　2、早讀認(rèn)真讀書(shū)，抓緊每分每秒的時(shí)間。
