First,you can eat more fruit and vegetables,and you'd better drink more warn ,you have to do lots of having at least 8 hours'sleep a mber,don't drink coffe or tea before you go to bed,don't eat too much sugar and don't work or study too late,it will make you too tired.

But,how can we keep good health?Every morning,we must do some exercises.
We needn't much time on it,15 minutes enough to do it.Doing exercises is important,but I think have healthy food is much more important .
