我上了啟蒙級(jí)、預(yù)備級(jí)、劍橋一級(jí)、劍橋二級(jí)，和現(xiàn)在學(xué)著的新概念一級(jí)，已有五年之多。
在剛剛進(jìn)入啟蒙級(jí)的時(shí)候才7歲，我還很小，有時(shí)學(xué)著很吃力，還經(jīng)常忘了聽(tīng)錄音。隨著歲數(shù)漸漸的增長(zhǎng)，我能聽(tīng)懂了，每次上學(xué)都很開(kāi)心。
在學(xué)劍橋二級(jí)的時(shí)候，我有一陣子就想打退堂鼓，不再上英語(yǔ)輔導(dǎo)班了。但是，我媽媽鼓勵(lì)我，說(shuō)：“劭卿，這英語(yǔ)是必學(xué)不可的.。”“加油，我相信，你一定能行的！”……聽(tīng)到這些鼓勵(lì)的話語(yǔ)，我又充滿了信心。
在報(bào)了新概念一級(jí)之后，知道了是張老師教我們，我們欣喜若狂。這個(gè)班是個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)班，都是些“精英”，這都是老 師說(shuō)的。她還說(shuō)我們這個(gè)班是聯(lián)盟劍橋英語(yǔ)學(xué)校中學(xué)新概念年齡最小的一個(gè)班，而且成績(jī)還很優(yōu)秀。聽(tīng)完這句話，我非常高興。
在學(xué)新概念時(shí)，在課間和同學(xué)們說(shuō)說(shuō)笑笑，討論討論一下玩兒的游戲，很高興。在上課時(shí)，老師笑容滿面，和同學(xué)們互動(dòng)，不管是老師、同學(xué)還是家長(zhǎng)，都是高高興興的上課或聽(tīng)課。我再也沒(méi)有像劍橋二級(jí)那時(shí)的想法，每次都是高高興興的去上學(xué)，這使我更加喜歡英語(yǔ)了。當(dāng)然，也讓我對(duì)淄博聯(lián)盟劍橋英語(yǔ)學(xué)校的感情也越來(lái)越深了。

I don＇t think I have read many books; nevertheless, I attach much importance to reading. A Chinese proverb says, "It＇s always a good thing to open a book; " in other words, reading is always beneficial. Despite the fact I am not widely read, I can rest contented that the few books I have ever read really greatly added to my knowledge. Still, if you want me to name the book that I like best and has largely shaped my life, I will definitely say it is the Bible. We know human life consists of three parts: first, physical life; second, mental and intellectual life; third, spiritual life. The second and third parts I fine in the Bible. The Bible has two portions, the Old Testament and the New Testament. You will marvel at the rich contents of the Bible when you read it. It covers a wide range of subject matters: law, history, prophecy, gospels, history of churches and visions of the future, and all are couched in a simple yet beautiful language. I have been a reader of the Bible for a number of years since a good friend of mine introduced it to me by chance. I like it and take it with me everywhere I go. Maybe just one or two pages I can read each bay, yet even form so little can I learn so much. It gives me moral strength and teaches me how to order my daily life. In a word, this book plays an important role in my life. The Bible is not simply great literature to be admired and revered; it is food for thought for everyone.
