　　經(jīng)過這次實(shí)習(xí)，我感觸頗深，總結(jié)如下：

　　一、想當(dāng)一名好老師不容易

　　做一名老師容易，做一名好老師的確很難。教學(xué)工作復(fù)雜而又繁瑣。首先，要管理好整個(gè)班集體，提高整體教學(xué)水平。然后，又要顧及班中的每一名學(xué)生，不能讓一名學(xué)生落伍。這就要求教師不能只是為了完成教學(xué)任務(wù)，還要多關(guān)心、留意學(xué)生，經(jīng)常與學(xué)生進(jìn)行交流，給予學(xué)生幫助。做學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)上的良師，生活中的益友。

　　二、自信很重要

　　盡管我在初中時(shí)，曾經(jīng)在班里講過初中語文一片閱讀篇目，但是當(dāng)時(shí)畢竟是作為學(xué)生講課，這次使作為老師來實(shí)戰(zhàn)，多少還是緊張。再次，初為人師，總是有些緊張。第一次講課事，我?guī)е邼c忐忑抱著課本和教案走上講臺(tái)時(shí)，面對那么多雙眼睛時(shí)，我當(dāng)時(shí)確實(shí)有點(diǎn)緊張了。我在講臺(tái)上，在幾秒鐘時(shí)間內(nèi)，深呼吸了幾下，同時(shí)在心中暗自對自己說；你能行！終須把情緒穩(wěn)定下來，還好事前的充分準(zhǔn)備和大學(xué)的學(xué)生干部經(jīng)歷在關(guān)鍵時(shí)刻發(fā)揮了作用，再加上同學(xué)們對著我微笑的鼓勵(lì)，我所有的緊張都在這一瞬間消失了，透過那一雙雙澄澈的眼睛，我也似乎讀到了那一顆顆純凈的心，順利地完成了教學(xué)目標(biāo)。

　　三、教學(xué)要講究方法

　　學(xué)生接觸新知識(shí)使需要時(shí)間和理解，因此，在教學(xué)過程中要講究正確的方法。精講多練是我采取的一個(gè)鞏固學(xué)生所學(xué)知識(shí)的方法。在課堂上，我少講精講，讓每位同學(xué)做好筆記，掌握知識(shí)重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)，然后給予他們更多的時(shí)間練習(xí)加以鞏固，課后留有適當(dāng)不同層次的作業(yè)讓不同層次的學(xué)生去練習(xí)，這樣通過精講，多練，讓學(xué)生在聽的過程中掌握知識(shí)，在練的過程中鞏固知識(shí)。同時(shí)，我又讓每位同學(xué)準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)錯(cuò)題本，在我每次評(píng)講習(xí)題的過程中，把他們易錯(cuò)的習(xí)題和知識(shí)點(diǎn)重點(diǎn)記在錯(cuò)題本上，以便于平時(shí)有重點(diǎn)地去記憶和理解。事實(shí)證明，這一方法切實(shí)可行，也行之有效。

　　四、聽課對新教師至關(guān)重要

　　聽課是提高自身教學(xué)能力的一個(gè)好方法，新老師只有多聽課才能夠逐漸積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)。所以對每一次聽課的機(jī)會(huì)我都十分珍惜。聽課的.主要對象是我們組的優(yōu)秀老師的課，同時(shí)也聽其他老師的課。這次實(shí)習(xí)中，我聽了五節(jié)課，我的收獲很大，逐步掌握了一些駕馭課堂的技巧。聽完課之后，把教師們上課時(shí)講到的記在聽課記錄上，然后對我自己的備課教案進(jìn)行修改，將他們很多優(yōu)點(diǎn)和長處應(yīng)用到我的課堂教學(xué)當(dāng)中去，取得了較好的效果。

　　As is reported，Oriental Greenboat is planning to change its name. Many citizens as well as the foreigners have great interest in giving a new name such as “Discovery Land”“Family Park” or “Youth Heaven”.

　　It suddenly occurs to me that why don't we call it “The World of Discovery”.I've got several reasons to account for it.

　　First of all，the word “world” has a more meaningful definition than “park” or“l(fā)and”.According to my visit，Oriental Greenboat covers a vast area，and it is more appropriate to call it a “world” rather than a “park”.

　　Secondly，Oriental Greenboat provide the chance to enhance the relationship between family members and promote friendship between the youth. We are give the opportunity to relax and enjoy，thus discovering what is of great importance in our life. Thirdly，students are involved in many activities there. They come to discover how they should cooperate and overcome the difficulties with their own efforts. This is a world for them to discover how wonderful and able they are！

　　To sum up，I think it would be a wise choice to name it“The World of Discovery”.
