　　今天要做英語健康操，我聽了后差一點要把早飯給吐出來了。因為英語健康操會顯示出我們有多么的幼稚、無聊和神經病。

　　只聽見一段英語的音樂放了出來，我就像個木頭人一樣，站在操場上一動不動的。

　　第一節(jié)開始了，當時我想：這是哪個笨蛋想出的歪點子呀。是不是專門嘲笑我們的。有的'人還跳得那么開興，估計他們的腦子進了水一樣—壞掉了。

　　可是我就害怕要奉林老師的圣旨被罰抄課文。于是我老實了起來，跟著大家做了起來。當時我就像小偷一樣，心里一直很害怕被林警察抓到。

　　第二節(jié)開始了，第一個動作真是無聊，還要先走兩步再點一下頭，校長你的腦袋是不是被吃掉了，連這們無聊的動作也想得出來。

　　這還不算什么，有一個動作必須雙手擺出“Z”的形狀，在上下?lián)u擺。我們就像平衡機，一下子這邊重，一下子那邊重。真是莫名其妙。如果被人看見，一定會嘲笑我們的。校長呀！校長呀！求求你放過我吧，我的心是很脆嫩。
