　　I joined a volunteer activity when I was young. I really enjoyed it. For example, I did many good things for old people, such as cleaning up the yards, washing the vegetables and so on. They are all things that I can do them well. So I have realized showing your warm heart to the old is very important. Of course, donating your kindness is helpful a lot.

　　In my opinion, making them happy is one of the best ways to help them. So if I have this chance, I can clean up their rooms, cheer them up and sing songs or tell stories for them. As we all know, on the one hand, we can help the old people to live better. On the other hand, helping others is helping ourselves.

　　第一次知道新概念英語是在電視上，但我并不相信所謂的速記30天學會。后來在20xx年我看到了正版的原書也知道電視上的不過是傍名牌的盜版而已。為了讓英語更好，我就慢慢學習。四本書買回來算是嚇了一跳，內容估計比小學加初中的還要多，我又屬于自學，于是我選擇了一條笨路：開始死記硬背單詞。這并不是一個好方法，根據我近年來的經驗應該從課文語法入手，單詞不用強記，多看自然會。但是既然選擇了這條路，只能一路向前，因為時間有限只能在寒暑假背。就這樣我在20xx年7月1日正式開始了這段歷程。一開始一天背20個，一個暑假就背掉了第一冊，但是我發(fā)現不經過鞏固，過段時間就忘了，我不得不重新復習。隨著時間流逝，上個暑假我的日任務已經越來越重——新背的.一天50個，復習一天200個，而且兩項通常要一起做，不過辛苦已經有回報了。20xx年8月12日，我全部背完了4冊共計約4500個單詞，并在暑假里全部復習多遍。

　　但是不會活用是不行的。這些單詞的優(yōu)勢就只限于少花背單詞的時間或者閱讀中猜生詞，詞意直接知道，這沒什么巨大優(yōu)勢，所以以這個寒假開始要通課文，因為大部分已經學過所以進度快，大約一天四課（如果我花更多點時間比如90分鐘在上面也許一天可做10課）。

　　通過這幾年對新概念英語的學習，也讓我知道沒有隨隨便便的成功。徐可易之的強也是因為他花了更多的時間，懶，人人都有，克服是不容易的。要我在假期里保持學校的高強度也是不可能，就讓我保證一天用上6小時在學習上吧。

While in China, the situation is very different. Children can see any movie. I think the movie rating system is in need. As a kid, it is not suitable to watch too much violence and sex stuff in the screen. Some kids will be very curious and like to imitate, then some of them will do criminal things. Or some children will feel really bad after seeing the disgusting shots, which may have negative effect on them for a lifetime. Parents need to think of their children when they go to the theater.

　　在美國，小孩是不得在電影院看所有的電影的，因為政府制定了一定的'規(guī)則，由電影院出售的票要根據等級制度分類。而在中國，則是不一樣的，小孩可以看所有的電影。我認為電影分級系統(tǒng)迫在眉睫。作為一個小孩子，并不適合在屏幕上看到過多的暴力、色情。有些小孩也很好奇，喜歡去模仿，之后有些人就會模仿電影里面的情節(jié)做一些犯罪的事情。或者有些小孩在看到惡心的鏡頭后會覺得不舒服，可能給他們的一生都帶來不良影響。父母在去電影院看電影時需要考慮他們的孩子。

　　現在的我，已經逐漸把英語融入了生活。每星期都會挑英語動畫，英語電影看看，在里面可是增長我的不少知識，過去時將來時復數形式......，在我面前已經顯得那么的簡單；我還經常隨口跟不懂英語的爸爸說幾句英語，把他搞得像丈二和尚——摸不著頭腦，好玩極了；每日堅持聽2節(jié)精彩的英語課，更讓我學會了很多很多初中以上的英語知識，讓我收獲滿滿。
