　　今天是一個異常緊張的一天，因為今天下午要英語口試考試。

　　雖然現(xiàn)在已是初一下學(xué)期，對于考試也是有經(jīng)驗的了，但還是避免不了緊張的情緒，主要是自己缺乏一種自信吧！再加上我英語本身不好，上次月考考得還不錯，讓自己感到自己如果不比上次考得好的話就是一種退步。

　　這種心里壓力無疑是極大，就像知道自己死亡期限了，只能眼睜睜地看著時間慢慢流逝，卻無能為力改變這一切。所以整個人看起來有些消沉，就這樣時間一直流到了下午第四節(jié)課，這時的.我不知該復(fù)習(xí)什么好，卻又感覺什么地方都要去看去背，這種糾結(jié)的心理只會讓時間流逝得更快，于是我做了一個決定，那就是做作業(yè)，暫時不復(fù)習(xí)了，這個決定在我以前甚至當(dāng)時看來是很荒唐的，分明要考試了，居然不去復(fù)習(xí)，還在這兒做作業(yè)！但這個看似荒唐的決定也是仔細地、深思熟慮過的，第一，現(xiàn)在這種情況無疑是浪費時間，與其干坐著還不如做作業(yè)呢；第二，曾經(jīng)也遇到過類似的情況，第四節(jié)課背書因為感覺背得不熟，害怕被“打”下來，于是排到了后面，到自己時又不敢去，結(jié)果打鈴了，課也沒背到作業(yè)也沒做。

　　于是我就這樣去做了，不知不覺心好象靜下來了，這種感覺玄之又玄，分明沒有復(fù)習(xí)，卻對考試有了信心，緊張感消失了大半。

　　吃完飯，到口度時不免還是緊張，說的過程有些音自己認為都沒準(zhǔn)，但卻不再著急，不緊不慢地說下去，老師也是一臉微笑看著我，更讓我信心大增�？纪炅撕笮膽B(tài)與以前考試相比又不同了，要是以前的話，肯定是感到有塊大大的石頭從心中落下來，但這次卻比之前的輕小許多，這是好事，說明我對考試已不再那么緊張，不過，平時還要更專心地、認真地學(xué)習(xí)，畢竟強大的自信來自于堅實的基礎(chǔ)！
