　　Spring in Our School 我校的春天

　　Spring comes at last. Everything begins to grow. The trees turn green, and the flowers come out. On the playground, in the fields, on each side of the road, the young grass grows everywhere.

　　Spring also arrives in our school. Come and see, behind our teaching building, there are some small pear trees covered with white flowers; on both sides of it, there are some other flowers smiling at you, Some are yellow, some are red. In our school garden, more flowers are there. All kinds of flowers of many colours can be seen.

　　Look, there are some Kites flying in the sky. The spring wind is blowing. The sun is shining brightly. Some boys are playing games in the sun, Listen, a group of girls are singing "Where’s spring?" It sounds like the singing of lark birds. All these make me think that spring is here, spring is there, and spring is just in our school. Fhe boys and the girls are all like flowers in spring.

　　春天終于來了。萬物開始生長。樹變綠，和花兒。在操場上，在田野，路的兩邊，年輕的草長得到處都是。

　　春天也來到了我們的學校。來看看，在我們的教學樓，還有一些小梨樹上掛滿了白色的花；在它的兩側(cè)，還有一些其他的花兒向你微笑，有黃色的，有些是紅色的。在我們學校的花園里，有更多的花。各種各樣的花的顏色可以看到許多。

　　看，有一些風箏在天上飛。春天的風是吹。太陽明亮地照耀著。一些男孩在陽光下，玩游戲，聽，一群女孩正在唱“春天在哪里？”它聽起來像云雀在歌唱。所有這些讓我覺得春天來了，春天在那里，春天就在我們的學校。這些男孩和女孩都像春天的花朵。

　　the life in school 學校生活

　　One day , just before going to school as usual , a schoolgirl , Xiao Fang complained to her father , who was reading a newspaper , saying school life nowadays was dull , she hated going to school and that school was just like the hell . On hearing what his daughter said , Father , silent all the time , said that it was time she went to school with all her complaints over , for in the father’s eyes , no one could change the present situation .

　　There’s no doubt that almost all students dislike school life today , but everyone has the responsibility to end the examination-oriented education . School life should be interesting and colorful , just as the saying goes, “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy .”

　　一天,像往常一樣去上學,一個女生,小方向正在看報紙的父親,說現(xiàn)在的學校生活是無聊的,她開始討厭去學校,學校就像地獄。聽到女兒的話,父親,沉默,她說,這次上學，她作了很多投訴,在父親的眼中,沒有人能改變現(xiàn)狀。毫無疑問,今天幾乎所有的學生都不喜歡學校生活,但每個人都有責任結(jié)束應試教育。學校生活應該是有趣的、豐富多彩的,俗話說,“只學習,不玩耍,聰明孩子也變傻。”

　　教學改革Teaching Reform

　　目前學校正在討論是否應變單一的教學體制為立體式教學――除單一課本授課外、采用多媒體及網(wǎng)絡教學。請寫一封信給學校報社說明你對此的看法。內(nèi)容應涉及傳統(tǒng)教學方法的局限性，立體教學優(yōu)越性和局限性，二者互為補充。

　　A letter to the University Newspaper on Changing Teaching System

　　Dear Sirs,

　　I’m sending you this letter to offer my opinions regarding whether we should change traditionally unitary teaching system into a tri-dimensional one, which has recently become a heated issue in your paper.

　　In my view, both traditional teaching and tri-dimensional one have their advantages and disadvantages. While traditional teaching does have such limit as restricting students’ vision, it offers a face-to-face communication between teachers and students that no other teaching can provide. Similarly, while tri-dimensional teaching offers a more convenient way of studying, it will somehow make students more passive simply because they have no opportunity to speak out.

　　Personally I think it would be better to integrate these two teaching methods so as to fully utilize their advantages and avoid their disadvantages.

　　親愛的先生們，

　　我送你這封信給我的意見是否應該改變傳統(tǒng)單一的教學系統(tǒng)變成立體，最近已成為在你的論文中的一個熱點問題。

　　在我看來，無論是傳統(tǒng)的教學和三維都有各自的優(yōu)點和缺點。而傳統(tǒng)的教學有沒有這樣的限制，限制學生的視野，它提供了一個面對面的溝通教師與學生之間，沒有其他的教學可以提供。同樣，在三維教學提供了更方便的學習方式，它會使學生更被動，只是因為他們沒有機會說出來。

　　我個人認為這將是更好的整合這兩種教學方法，充分利用自己的優(yōu)勢，避免各自的缺點。

　　新學期 The New Term

　　After a short but happy winter holiday, we come back to school today. It's the beginning of the new term. I am happy to see all of my classmates come back. Because of the Spring Festival, everyone seems happy and some of them become a little bit fatter. During the break, we talk happily to each other. We share the happy and interesting things during the winter holiday. Most of us stayed at home to celebrate the New Year. And some of us went to travel with their families. In short, all of us had a happy winter holiday.

　　度過一個短暫而又開心的寒假過后，我今天返校了。這是新學期的開始。我很高興看到我的同學都返校了。大概是春節(jié)的緣故，每個人看起來都很開心，而且有的變胖了一點。課間休息的時候，我們開心的互相聊天。大部分的人都是待在家慶祝新年。有的則跟家人去旅游了。總之，我們都度過了一個開心的寒假。

　　My View on Banning Electrical Bikes in Campus 校園禁車之我見

　　With the development of economy,more and more college students ride electrical bikes to classroom, instead of walking. Recently, there’s a great concern over whether university need to ban the electrical bikes or not. Students’ views on that vary from person toperson. But based on my personal opinion, I don’t support riding electrical bikes in campus.

　　隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，越來越多的學生騎電動車去上課而不是走路。最近，大學里是否需要禁止電動自行車引起了很大的關注。學生的看法因人而異。但基于我個人的觀點，我不支持在校園內(nèi)騎電動自行車。

　　The first reason is that ridingelectrical bikes can bring about much potential dangers. Those students being driving their electrical bikes always fly through the crowd. They often race each other to see who is the coolest, which can satisfy their desire of vanity. Actually it’s one kind of adventures. Not only will it threaten their own lives, but also others. What’s worse, riding much makes us lose many precious opportunities to exercise. With the standard of living improving gradually, students’ health isn’t ideal. Third, too much electrical bikes occupy a big proportion of the space of campus, which reduces the range of students’ activities to an extent and influences the appearance of campus to an extent.

　　第一個原因是，騎電動自行車可能帶來很大的潛在危險。那些學生經(jīng)常駕駛電動自行車飛穿過人群。他們經(jīng)常相互比賽看誰是最酷的，這樣子能夠滿足他們的欲望和虛榮心。實際上這是一種冒險的行為。不僅會威脅到自己的生命，而且別人的生命。更糟糕的是，經(jīng)常騎電動車使我們失去了許多珍貴鍛煉機會。隨著人民生活水平逐步提高，學生的健康并不理想。第三，過多的電動車會占據(jù)校園的很大空間，從而減少了學生的活動范圍并在一定程度上影響校園的形象。

　　In short, banning electrical bikes is of great benefit. Riding bikes is very dangerous, so let alone electrical bikes.

　　總之，禁止電動車有很大的好處。騎自行車是很危險的，更不用說電動車了。

　　The Final Exam 期末考試

　　Yesterday, I took the final exam of this term. I worked hard to prepare for it, but I was still nervous. I was afraid that I couldn’t do it well. I had three exams, Chinese, math and English. In the morning, it was the Chinese. It was not so difficult for me that I was sure I could be good in it. Then, it was math in the afternoon. It’s the part I was afraid of most. Not surprised, I met some troubles in math exam. But I still hope they wouldn’t be serious. I am good at English, so I didn’t worry about it. I knew I can do well in it. In short, the final exam was not so hard for me and I am quite sure the scores will be perfect.

　　昨天，我參加了這學期的期末考試。雖然我很努力備考，但是考前我依然很緊張，我怕自己考不好。有三門考試，分別是語文、數(shù)學和英語。第一天早上考語文，這對我來說不算難，我相信自己能考好。下午考數(shù)學，這是我最怕的一科。不出意料，考試的時候果然碰到難題了，但我希望不會錯得太離譜。英語是我的強項，所以我沒有擔心英語科目，我知道我會有優(yōu)異的表現(xiàn)�？偟膩碚f，期考對于我來說并不算太難，我相信自己能考出好成績。
