Therere various kinds of sports activities, including ball games like basketball, football, tennis, as well as other activities like swimming and hiking. Among them, I like swimming best.
First of all, swimming keeps me healthy. Theres no doubt that people who swim a lot have stronger bodies than those who dont. Swimming contributes to a powerful lung and also reduces the risk of heart attacks. Thanks to swimming, I seldom get sick in the past few years.
Besides, swimming can keep me fit. Having a slim figure is the dream of all girls. Swimming is an effective way to help us lose unnecessary weight. Take me for example, last summer, I kept swimming for 3 days a week; after two months, Ive lost 5kg weight!
All in all, swimming not only keeps me healthy, but also provides me a slim figure, Therefore, of all the sports activities I like swimming best.

Do you know that people with good academic performance are generally fine with everything? Exercise, exercise is the source of human life. On Saturday, Mom and Dad will take me to our gym downstairs to exercise. There are many fitness equipments, among which my favorite is the ladder.
I still remember when I first came, I watched other people play and I wanted to play too. But I was afraid that I would fall off, so my mother said, "Dont be afraid, mother will follow you." The ladder first climbed two blocks, and then put her hand on the ladder. But in the end it fell.
A few weeks later, I came to the playground again when my mother went shopping for groceries. I suddenly saw a little girl standing by the ladder but not daring to climb. I thought of myself before. So I wanted to try again, so I mustered up the courage to climb forward. At first I could only climb 5-6 steps, but after constant practice and hard work I finally passed the ladder.
