春節(jié)自駕攻略
1、副駕駛要坐一位幫手
副駕駛的作用非常重要。
如果對(duì)方不能跟你替換開(kāi)車(chē)讓你休息，也至少能跟你聊天，讓你保持清醒，或者可以遞食倒水，在設(shè)置導(dǎo)航和查看路況方面也可以幫上一點(diǎn)忙。
2、準(zhǔn)備充足的干糧
開(kāi)長(zhǎng)途車(chē)的時(shí)間段，不要太飽或者太餓。
吃得太飽或吃米飯、面條等太多，身體為了消化這些食物，腦部供血會(huì)減少，讓人容易犯困；然而，若是太餓，注意力也會(huì)下降，導(dǎo)致犯困。比較好的做法是，備干糧，少吃多餐。
3、身體不適不要強(qiáng)撐
憋尿不要開(kāi)車(chē)。
女同胞們剛開(kāi)始生理期的一兩天，不舒服的時(shí)候也盡量不要開(kāi)車(chē)。
身體不適要及時(shí)休息，不要硬撐。比如，感覺(jué)心慌胸悶胸痛、惡心腸胃不適、腹痛胃痛、休息不好心慌冒汗腿發(fā)軟等等狀況，都是身體發(fā)出的.信號(hào)，不要硬撐。
4、注意要適時(shí)休息
高度集中注意力地連續(xù)開(kāi)車(chē)超過(guò)三個(gè)小時(shí)以上身體就會(huì)開(kāi)始疲憊，也許體力好的朋友能開(kāi)四五個(gè)小時(shí)。
不要硬撐，但感覺(jué)倦怠時(shí)，給自己休息的空間，停車(chē)走走，呼吸新鮮空氣，也讓下肢換個(gè)姿勢(shì)，避免下肢靜脈血栓形成等問(wèn)題。
5、注意車(chē)內(nèi)空調(diào)溫度
冬天開(kāi)車(chē)請(qǐng)關(guān)閉熱風(fēng)空調(diào)（因?yàn)殛P(guān)閉車(chē)窗打開(kāi)熱風(fēng)空調(diào)，會(huì)很舒服，但氧氣會(huì)不足）。
或者不要把溫度設(shè)定得太高，溫度高容易讓人煩悶，可以每隔 30~40 公里開(kāi)一分鐘左右的窗戶，換換車(chē)內(nèi)空氣。
6、帶孩子要準(zhǔn)備安全座椅
在行駛的汽車(chē)上，很多家長(zhǎng)誤以為把孩子抱在懷里更安全，但如果一輛時(shí)速 50 公里的汽車(chē)遭遇正面碰撞，孩子會(huì)瞬間產(chǎn)生 30 倍于自己體重的前沖力，任何一個(gè)成年人都無(wú)法將孩子抱住。
