　　英語新聞稿格式

　　1、新聞要素：不可忽略5W1H。（Who、What、When、Where、Why、How）

　　2、新聞構(gòu)成：題、文、圖、表。

　　3、題：簡要、突出、吸引人。

　　4、文：導(dǎo)語100至200字：開宗明義，人事時地物。

　　5、主體300至500字：深入淺出，闡揚主旨。

　　6、結(jié)語100字：簡潔有力，強調(diào)該新聞的意義與影響，或預(yù)告下階段活動。

　　7、圖：視需要加入有助于讀者理解的圖片。

　　8、表：視需要加入有助于讀者理解的表格。

　　9、寫作要律：具有新聞價值、正確的格式、動人的標題。

　　簡潔切要的內(nèi)容、平易友善的敘述、高度可讀性、篇幅以1至2頁為宜（一頁尤佳）。

　　寫作技巧：清晰簡潔、段落分明、使用短句、排版清爽。

　　切忌偏離事實、交代不清、內(nèi)容空洞。

　　一篇好的新聞稿除了必須具有新聞價值、把握主訴求與正確的格式外，行文應(yīng)力求簡潔切要，敘述應(yīng)有事實基礎(chǔ)，文稿標題則以簡要、突出、吸引人為原則，用字要避免冷僻艱深，以提高文稿的可讀性。

　　此外，篇幅也不宜長篇大論，一般以1至2頁為原則，必要時可以加入圖表，增加文稿的專業(yè)性，切忌內(nèi)容空洞、語意不清、夸大不實。

　　倒金字塔結(jié)構(gòu)是絕大多數(shù)客觀報道的寫作規(guī)則，被廣泛運用到嚴肅刊物的寫作中，同時也是最為常見和最為短小的新聞寫作敘事結(jié)構(gòu)。

　　內(nèi)容上表現(xiàn)在在一篇新聞中，先是把最重要、最新鮮、最吸引人的事實放在導(dǎo)語中，導(dǎo)語中又往往是將最精彩的內(nèi)容放在最前端；而在新聞主體部分，各段內(nèi)容也是依照重要性遞減的順序來安排。

　　猶如倒置的金字塔，上面大而重，下面小而輕。

　　此種寫作方式是目前媒體常用的寫作方式，亦即將新聞中最重要的消息寫在第一段，或是以“新聞提要”的方式呈現(xiàn)在新聞的最前端，此種方式有助于媒體編輯下標題，亦有助于閱聽人快速清楚新聞重點。

　　基本格式（除了標題）是：先在導(dǎo)語中寫一個新聞事件中最有新聞價值的部分（新聞價值通俗來講就是新聞中那些最突出，最新奇，最能吸引受眾的部分），比如一場球賽剛剛結(jié)束，觀眾/讀者/聽眾們最想知道的是結(jié)果，或者是某個球員的發(fā)揮情況，就先從這里寫起。

　　其次，在報道主體中按照事件各個要素的重要程度，依次遞減寫下來，最后面的是最不重要的。

　　同時注意，一個段落只寫一個事件要素，不能一段到底。

　　因為這種格式不是符合事件發(fā)展的基本時間順序，所以在寫作時要盡量從受眾的角度出發(fā)來構(gòu)思，按受眾對事件重要程度的認識來安排事件要素。

　　把最重要的寫在前面，然后將各個事實按其重要性程度依次寫下去。

　　正金字塔式此種寫作方式剛好與“倒金字塔式”相反，是以時間發(fā)生順序作為行文結(jié)構(gòu)的寫作方式，依序分別是引言、過程、結(jié)果，采漸入高潮的方式，將新聞重點擺在文末，一般多用于特寫。

　　折衷式又叫新華體。

　　此種寫作方式為“倒金字塔式”、“正金字塔式”的折衷，亦即，新聞中最重要的訊息仍然在導(dǎo)言中呈現(xiàn)，接著，則依新聞的時間性或邏輯性敘述。

　　我們國家的新聞報道一般是遵循時間順序，但是這種“講故事”的寫法已經(jīng)不適合受眾的閱讀習慣（一般人沒有時間聽你講長篇大論），所以“新華體”在吸收中外新聞報道之長的情況下誕生了。

　　基本格式（除了標題）是：先把事件中最重要的部分在導(dǎo)語中簡明地體現(xiàn)出來。

　　其次，在第二段進一步具體闡述導(dǎo)語中的這個重要部分，形成支持，不至于使受眾在接受時形成心理落差。

　　因而，第二段實際上是一個過渡性段落。

　　再次，按照事件發(fā)展的時間順序把“故事”講下來。

　　平鋪直敘式顧名思義，此種寫作方式就是注重行文的起、承、轉(zhuǎn)、合，力求文字的流暢精準。

　　對教師組織而言，由于時常必須發(fā)表對特定教育政策、事件的看法，此種寫作方式反而適合組織在發(fā)表聲明時使用。

　　最近很流行一種叫做“華爾街日報體”（DEE）的格式，這個格式的主要特點就是在文首特寫新聞事件中的一個“鏡頭”，一般是以一個人的言行為主，從而引出整個的新聞報道，比如央行關(guān)于房貸要加息的消息，新聞報道就可以從一個普通市民的住房貸款行為寫起，比較能貼近實際，貼近群眾，貼近生活。
