內(nèi)卷與躺平 Roll inside and lie flat

　　Folding and lying flat are two hot topics in current society. In a highly competitive environment, people constantly strive to surpass others and compete for better resources to achieve better results and status. Lying flat, on the other hand, means giving up excessive competition and pursuit, living in a more relaxed and natural way, and no longer pursuing excessive goals and values.

　　內(nèi)卷與躺平是當(dāng)前社會中兩個熱門的話題。內(nèi)卷是指在競爭激烈的環(huán)境下，人們不斷努力超越他人，爭奪更好的資源，以取得更好的成績和地位。而躺平則是指放棄過度的競爭和追求，以一種更加放松和自然的方式生活，不再追求過高的目標(biāo)和價值。

　　Both infolding and lying flat have their advantages and disadvantages. It can stimulate people's enthusiasm and creativity, and promote the development and progress of society. However, excessive internal volume can also cause people to overwork, psychological pressure, and even psychological problems. Lying flat can make people more relaxed, comfortable, and enjoy the fun of life, but excessive lying flat will also make people lose initiative and motivation, unable to adapt to social changes and development.

　　內(nèi)卷和躺平都有其優(yōu)點(diǎn)和缺點(diǎn)。內(nèi)卷可以激發(fā)人們的積極性和創(chuàng)造力，推動社會的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步。但是，過度的內(nèi)卷也會導(dǎo)致人們過度勞累、心理壓力過大，甚至出現(xiàn)心理問題。而躺平可以讓人們更加放松、自在，享受生活的樂趣，但是過度的躺平也會讓人失去進(jìn)取心和動力，無法適應(yīng)社會的變化和發(fā)展。

　　Therefore, we should find a balance between rolling in and lying flat, with appropriate competition and pursuit, but also with appropriate relaxation and enjoyment. Only in this way can we live a healthier, fuller and more meaningful life.

　　因此，我們應(yīng)該在內(nèi)卷和躺平之間尋找平衡點(diǎn)，既要有適當(dāng)?shù)母偁幒妥非�，也要有適當(dāng)?shù)姆潘珊拖硎堋Ｖ挥羞@樣，我們才能擁有更加健康、充實(shí)和有意義的生活。
